Butterflied and baked Camembert & bacon breasts

You read right ;) 

Serves 4. Serve with a delicious salad and some light and fluffy cous-cous

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 skinless, bone-less MPPP chicken breasts, butterflied

  • 1 pack streaky bacon OR  prosciutto, sliced/ diced and pre-cook the bacon
  • 1 Camembert wheel
  • Fresh sage leaves
  • Seasoning
METHOD:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Place your butterflied breasts onto a cooking spray coated oven pan
3. Onto the breasts place the bacon, Camembert, sage and season
4. Bake in the oven for about 7-10 mins (they will cook a lot quicker as they are opened, it also depends on the thickness of the breasts)
5. Serve with a crunchy salad  and some cous-cous or even some grilled Ciabatta
